Top 25 transfers from non-power programs in 2017 – April 23rd

Over the weekend, Jeff Beverly (middle) became the latest impact graduate transfer to hit the open market.

CALGARY, Alta. — What a weekend it was for transfer players all across the country.

Several of the nation’s top transfer players committed to their respective schools. Some will be eligible next season as graduate transfers, while many will sit out a year and be eligible in 2018-19.

The likes of freshmen Peter Kiss (Rutgers Scarlet Knights) and Isiaha Mike (SMU Mustangs) turned stellar first-year performances into a spot on a power conference roster for the future.

Other players, like Kendall Smith and Khris Lane, did the same as graduate transfers, and will look to lead their new programs to the NCAA Tournament next year.

With the shake-ups over the past weekend, several of our top transfer from non-power programs are no longer on the market. So, here’s an updated list of available transfer players from outside of power programs, as of April 23rd.
