Top 20 transfers from non-power programs in 2017

With the high volume of transfer players receiving their releases within the first couple of weeks after the National Championship game is complete, it’s sometimes tough to keep up-to-date with all of the player movement.

That’s where the folks at Verbal Commits and ourselves come in handy.

Transfer Market: Trio of guards highlight Tuesday’s movers and shakers

Just days after declaring early for the 2017 NBA Draft, guard Mark Alstork announced on Tuesday that he was graduating from Wright State and transferring.

CALGARY, Alta. — The 2016-17 season is a mere memory now, and the attention has quickly shifted to the upcoming 2017-18 campaign.

Several websites have released their way-too-early top 25 rankings, while Joe Lunardi has already released his first edition of Bracketology for the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

The 2017-18 season is still over 200 days away.

While the off-season gets underway, the transfer marker is already over 350 names, according to Verbal Commits. With each passing day, the list continues to grow, and it’s tough to keep up with all of the happenings throughout the work day.

That’s where we come in. Every day or two, we will update fans across the country with some of the biggest news from around the transfer market, from scholarship offers and acceptances, to simply new names hitting the open market.

On Tuesday, several big time players decided to test the waters of the transfer market, while an underrated sophomore guard picked up four offers from schools across the southern parts of the United States.
