Point Guard Darrell Riley Jr. Commits to Chicago State

CHICAGO, Ill. — They may not have a head coach as of yet for the 2018-19 season, but the Chicago State Cougars have themselves a talented point guard moving forwards.

Following the 2017-18 season, the Cougars fired head coach Tracy Dildy after eight seasons at the helm of the program. Dildy, who also served as the Athletic Director, was relieved of his duties after guiding the Cougars to a 3-29 record.

Now, with the 2018-19 season getting closer with each passing day, the Cougars are still without a head coach to guide the team into the future. With that said, they are still active on the recruiting trail and landed themselves a point guard with Division I experience on Sunday afternoon.
