Notre Dame blows by Chicago State, 105-66

SOUTH BEND, In. — The Notre Dame Fighting Irish took care of business Thursday night, demolishing the Chicago State Cougars, 105-66.

This was the fifth meeting between the Irish and the Cougars, with Notre Dame now leading 5-0 in the all time series. In each of the first four games, Notre Dame has beaten the Chicago State Cougars by at least 27 points.

Tonight was no different.

Notre Dame’s senior class, which includes Matt Farrell, Bonzie Colson, Austin Torres and Matt Gregory, are now just 13 wins away from becoming the most winning senior class in Notre Dame history.

Notre Dame Welcomes Chicago State back to South Bend

SOUTH BEND, In. — The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are back in action on November 16th when they take on the Chicago State Cougars who are making a return back to South Bend after the Irish took them down last season, 91-60.

Thursday night’s game will be the fifth meeting between the Irish and Cougars, with Notre Dame leading the all-time series at 4-0.

Notre Dame has won all four of their games against the Cougars by at least 27 points, and look to advance to 3-0 on the season. Chicago State will look to build off their first win, which they notched over the Silver Lake College Lakers two days ago.
